What the site had to do.
This is a concept for an ADU and remodel builder, featuring a casita built in Covina. ADU buyers take a long time to decide, and a gallery of finished rooms doesn't show what they're really buying: the build.
So the homepage is the build. An empty lot turns into a finished ADU frame by frame as you scroll, then the camera walks in and tours the casita. Below it, a simple calculator shows what a one-bedroom ADU might rent for — with no promised build costs, because a website shouldn't promise what only a site visit can price.
