Is the demo really free? What's the catch?
No catch. We call you for ten minutes so the demo is built around your actual business, then we build it. You decide looking at a finished page instead of a promise.
Can I skip the call?
Yes. Without the call the demo is $50, and if you go ahead with Launch or Signature, the $50 is credited toward it.
What does it cost after launch?
Hosting runs free to about ten dollars a month, paid to the host, not to us. No required retainer. Monthly updates and profile management are a separate conversation, never a condition of the build.
Do I own the site?
Yes. It sits on your domain, under your account, and you get the files. No platform you're locked into, no license that dies if you stop paying us.
What does “fixed scope” mean?
The price covers what's listed in the package, with one round of revisions. Scope, price and timeline are confirmed with you in writing before paid work starts, and prices never change on a project you've already confirmed.
